EXHIBIT and SALE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:
Saturday, May 7th: 10am – 8pm
Sunday, May 8th: 10am to 5pm
(Admission $20 per person)

MOVE-OUT: Sunday 5pm-12midnight

ABOUT EXHIBITING AT THE EVENT

Exhibitor Information: DesignAmerica-TEXAN  will be held at the spectacular Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center located on the shores of beautiful Lake Grapevine. The show will be held in the state-of-the-art Longhorn Convention Center in Exhibit Hall E. The dramatic entrance foyer to the center is floored in solid marble. The Exhibit Hall is 30,000 square feet completely fitted with all electrical and wi-fi needs plus easy loading docks around the perimeter.

A PEDIGREED AND EXCLUSIVE SHOW: EXHIBITOR SPACES ARE AVAILABLE BY DESIGN AMERICA APPROVAL—APPLY AND RESERVE YOUR SPACE EARLY!

All booth prices include: 500 watt electrical access, 2 exhibitor badges, complimentary listing in the Show Catalogue, DesignAmerica website listing and 2 chairs

5’ by 10’: $1100
10’ by 10’: $1750
10’ by 20’: $3,200
10’ by 30’: $4,700
each additional 10 feet over 30’: $500

THE DESIGN OF THE SHOW: DesignAmerica-TEXAS WILL NOT be an-inline cubicle booth show. Walled booths are available throughout the show but spaces will be designed to create a dramatic museum-like presentation befitting of your art-to-wear and art-to-live with. YOU ARE THE PREMIER ARTISTS AND ARTISANS IN THE COUNTRY – think spectacular, think creatively as you envision how you want your exhibit space to appear.

Exhibitors will need to reserve/rent the cases directly through the vendor. They will be delivered and in your space upon your arrival for set up at the show.
